Most orders ship the next business day from when you placed your order. If a shipping delay does occur, you will be notified.
You may also cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Standard shipping is through USPS or USP ground. If an order is needed sooner,

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. All products are inspected carefully before your order is shipped. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund by contacting hello@zippius.com within 30 days of the order date and we will make arraignments for a refund or replacement of the items. Please use "Return Request" as subject of the email.
